Changes for the trade in pickling products
Dear Madam/Sir,
Dear business partner,
On the basis of the chemicals prohibition regulation of 13 June 2003 [http://bundesrecht.juris.de/chemverbotsv/index.html] and the restrictions included in it on marketing hazardous substances, we will only offer toxic-free products as from 1 January 2008.
We decided to take this step since we can only provide toxic substances or substances classified as poisonous to those dealers who successfully completed the license or notification process and who employ an expert. Since we exclusively supply our products to the specialist trade, we had to ask every customer for such a certificate and check it.
The pickling products you can purchase from us in the future will help you to protect yourself from insecure situations or even penalties.
These changes concern the following products (with indication of the new alternative products):
