TURBO-SHARP® V Tungsten Electrode Grinder

TURBO-SHARP® V is an enclosed tungsten electrode grinder, avoiding grinding dust to be inhaled or to be blowed into the environment. Grinding 2% thoriad TIG electrodes produces radioactive dust an can be dangerous (cancer).

Highlights:

The optimal use of the diamant covered grinding disk: By mounting an adapter one obtain the possibility to turn the head in position 0.1 or 2. In each position another part of the grinding disk witt be used; this way a triple lifetime. One can use both sides of the grinding disc. 2 sides, 3 positions meaning 6 times using the same disc. This commercial improvement you can only get with TURBO-SHARP® V
Multifunctional cover, though a lit in that cover one can flatten an electrode or prepare for ALUwelding by giving the electrode a truncate cone
